New whistleblower evidence reveals that the Biden Administration is so hyper-motivated to censor and spy on Americans that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was willing to lie to Congress in sworn testimony. In April, the ACLJ filed a FOIA request regarding the disinfo board. And now, since our FOIA was ignored, we’ve just filed a lawsuit against the Biden DHS to find out who really came up with this Disinformation Board and the true purpose behind it. DHS doesn’t want to tell us, but now they’ll have to in federal court. The suspect told law enforcement that he was there to kill Justice Kavanaugh in response to the leaked draft opinion that indicated the Court might be preparing to overturn Roe v. Wade.
